Walgreens is moving along rapidly with the construction of their new building. As this construction continues the interest from developers and Metro Atlanta commercial Real Estate Agents continue to increase. Several developers are continuing the study of the area as whole, while we have several that are also looking at the out parcels along Central Church Road and Chapel Hill Road.
